Shipping & Returns

OzHealthFood uses Australia Post for the delivery of all orders within Australia. International orders are despatched via Airmail.

Parcels will be sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy. Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and prescriptions (if applicable) are received. It is our objective to have all orders dispatched within the same working day of order receipt provided we receive your order by 11am and the products are in stock.

Australian Orders

Australian orders will be delivered via registered post and will require a signature upon receipt. Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Business addresses are preferable as the receptionist can sign for your order.

International Orders

International orders will be despatch via Airmail. Please allow up to 14 days for international Airmail delivery.

Please note: that all prices, shipping and handling charges do not include relevant custom duties or taxes that may be incurred and charged when shipped overseas.
These charges need to be paid by the customer. Please check with your local custom offices for further details.

Customers can calculate their delivery cost at any time by clicking on the Postage Calculator in their shopping cart.

We reserve the right to charge higher postage for extremely heavy parcels delivered within Australia. However these extra costs will never be higher than cost.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Damaged or Defective Goods
We will replace or refund any damaged or defective items at no charge. Please phone or email us before sending the product back to us as some manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the customer.

Incorrect Items Ordered
We will issue a full refund for items ordered incorrectly by customers if notified within 7 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned to Pharmacy Online unopened and in the original packaging. If the customer is at fault, postage costs will not be refunded. Please send the returnable items registered mail. If we have sent you the incorrect product from what you ordered, please send the products back to our Freepost address.

Due to NSW Health Regulations, prescription items cannot be returned for refund.

When you return merchandise please ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit.

Cancellation of Order
A cancellation fee will apply where an order is cancelled after the order has been submitted. A one-off cancellation fee of AUD$10 will apply.
